Last week we went strawberry picking with our friends and decided to make a little video. We went to Cammas Hall Farm in Hertfordshire and after seeing the festival-like letters spelling out ‘Strawberry fields forever’, I knew we would fall in love with this place. Cammas Hall is a family run farm situated in Bishop’s Stortford – right on the Hertfordshire/Essex border and in easy reach of London – perfect for a family day out. They have a huge selection of PYO fruit and vegetables but we went specifically to pick the strawberries – as you might be able to tell from their strawberry theme outfits (all Boden!). Cammas Hall Farm is open from Easter right through to November time – we’re looking forward to going back in October to check out the pumpkins!
The farm itself is lovely. Along with a range of PYO fruit, there’s a little cafe where you can purchase food and drink (picnics aren’t permitted), you can sit outside and let the children play in the park. The girls and Teddy had so much fun in the sand pit, on the slide, swings and climbing up on the tyres. We then headed to the Strawberry Fields Forever sign to take some photos.. just because it has to be done, right?! We had a lovely day and can highly recommend visiting Cammas Hall Farm to pick your own strawberries. It’s such a fun trip out with little ones!
I’m so grateful that I met this amazing mama and her kiddies. It’s so lovely to have someone so likeminded living so close by! I struggle to make friends (hello mrs introvert!) so I’m incredibly happy to have these guys in my life. We have lots more adventures planned which we can’t wait for! You can see more information on Cammas Hall on their website, here. All items of clothing featured have been kindly gifted to us by Boden.
