60 blog post ideas for parenting and lifestyle bloggers

Writers block – It’s almost like a swear word for a blogger or writer. When you have a complete mind blank, have no idea what to write about or just simply can’t write. I get it all the time and it’s a complete nightmare. I will quite regularly have posts lined up in my drafts, sit down to write them and nothing comes out. Sometimes I will write a blog post and just never publish it simply because it’s too boring, too gibberish and just does not make sense. I know a blog is meant to be personal and something you do for yourself, but I also (try) to take pride in creating and writing quality content that I feel other people might enjoy reading.

I’ve had a few (60 odd) posts stored in my draft folder for a while now and thought I’d share with you some of my ideas. I find it’s great to have a go-to source or file of some sort where you have ideas ready and waiting. When I have writers block, I usually find my way out of it by looking at older posts that I never got round to writing – I find that at least one of those posts will be easy enough to write without rambling your own ear off. I mostly blog about parenting and lifestyle – as you may or may not already know – and so I’ve split it into two lists. Why not bookmark this page and head on over when you can’t think of a post?!
